This problem correcting a nose that was crooked and retracted to nasal valve issues, which made the nose appear shorter with an upturned tip, ultimately giving the face an aged look and not confidence.

The doctor chose to use the Open Structural and "Preservation Rhinoplasty technique" with rib cartilage, reconstructing the nose structure and lengthening the nasal tip with the patient’s own rib cartilage. 6 months later, the nose appears longer and the tip more refined, creating a softer, more youthful.

Celebrating 2 years and 7 months! 💕 Here is the stunning result after a revision open rhinoplasty with structural adjustment (Open Hybrid Rhinoplasty), along with narrowing the wide bone base (Rhinosculture & Osteoplasty). The nasal tip is silicone-free, achieving a natural and harmonious look.

This case presented several concerns: a droopy and overly long nasal tip, along with a large, crooked bridge. The patient desired a more upturned and projected tip, correction of the tilted tip, and a narrower, more natural-looking bridge.

✔️ The doctor then corrected it by using the Open Hybrid Rhinoplasty technique, using the patient's own cartilage and septal tissue to lengthen and lift the nasal tip, creating a new stable and safe structure.

✔️ The wide and large nasal bone base was corrected directly by narrowing the wide bone base (Rhinosculture & Osteoplasty).
