AYURVEDA (Science of Life) and YOGA are thousand years old sister sciences. They bring us wisdom on how to live naturally and achieve radiant physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health. Ayurveda is a vast body of information on how to live a healthy, happy and holy long life and how to treat dis-ease, focussing primarily on dharma (the right way of living), increasing prana through diet, herbs, oils, daily routine, body care. Yoga focusses primarily on moksha (enlightenment, liberation), stabilizing the prana through postures, breathwork, meditation, relaxation. I am fascinated by Ayurveda & Yoga and feel the numerous benefits from practicing this lifestyle. I am an eternal humble student and feel great respect for all the teachers who lovingly shared all their knowledge with me. I offer Ayurveda food & lifestyle consultations/workshops and Kundalini Yoga, pre-& postnatal yoga, Hormone yoga therapy for men/women/diabetes. My bodywork consists of biodynamic craniosacral therapy and Ayurvedic/Thai massage. I have a special love for pregnant and new moms and babies as my first calling is midwife.
