INTERNATIONAL WOMEN’S DAY 2025 in Soho, London.

A incredible group of women gathered last week to celebrate the power of being a woman. This is the first time that I have co-hosted an event in London and I ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT. I was very quickly reminded of the beautiful community and network of like minded people that events like these build.

I spent the majority of this week building incredible business with INCREDIBLE business people.

So this is what my life looks like at the moment -

In the mornings - I provide one on one business coaching to individuals that are driven towards elevating and consciously growing their businesses.

In the afternoon - I spend time with my Arbonne team either in person or online chatting about how to introduce more and more people to our outstanding vegan, non toxic skincare products so that we can continue to build business globally as well as support the lives that we currently have AND build everything that we want in our futures.

Is anyone else mentally in Thailand at the moment?

I moved from Bangkok to London four months ago and NO ONE told me that January lasts for so long.

This is my first English winter in 10 years.

And I think I might need to head back to the tropics soon. Who’s with me?

The Start Up Business Show London 2025.

My Biggest Takeaway:

- It is now data proven that being the face of your brand creates and builds trust. When you present your business on social media, in person or through ads - Speak how you would speak in daily life and whenever you write, write as you speak. People want to get to know who you really are and what you have created.

My Greatest Perk:

- Watching my incredible friend and business partner speak about everything that she has created with her fashion consultancy business.

- AND I WON the giant hamper from It was too heavy for me to carry home so I am waiting for it to be delivered next week. I can’t wait to show you all what is inside! 😍❤️

Network Marketing - The smartest business model I have ever seen.

A business model where everyone is treated fairly and where everyone has the same opportunity to earn.

A model that provides the wildest amount of support I have ever experienced. Because if you do well, I do well and if I do well, you do well. There is no competition, only powerful people rising. Together.

A model that focuses not only on professional development but also on elevating personally because understands that the greatest external success comes from the greatest internal work.

You can not have a successful business without having a successful life. The two are deeply interconnected.

Grateful to have this business opportunity and honored to be building next to such incredible people. ❤️

Feeling the light in what feels like the greyest city in the world! 🩶

Photos 1 - 3 - Yesterday I had a business coaching session with a returning client - I don’t normally coach on Sundays but it was the only day we could find! So to make it a bit more fun, we did an impromptu photoshoot and charity shop around London afterwards! ❤️

Photos 4 - 11 - This morning I was up early to go and hear the incredible speak about the deep power of vibration, manifestation. It’s so incredible meeting someone that has attracted so much of what they want into their life.

My weekend roundup - Brunching, strolling, mood boarding and a splash of vintage fashion. ❤️

1. A winter coat of dreams. I found this coat in a charity shop last year for £60! I think it’s from the 1950s!

My word of 2025 is - BUILD.

Watch me as I build my London life this year after living in Thailand for the last 10 years! - Bit by bit. ❤️

1 and 2 - I went an amazing business conference on the coldest day of the year!

3 - I started a 30 days health overhaul with a company that I am partnered with

4 - I let my natural waves come through after being rained on almost every day.

5 - My first ever business coaching client and friend flew into London from Switzerland.

6 - We went for a beautiful dinner and then a show!

7 - Then I took for a chamomile tea in the show interval because I am not drinking for the next 30 days! (Normally it definitely would have been champagne!)

8 - My Business Coaching practice began 2025!

9 - Let’s build. ❤️❤️❤️
