This is the first prospective trial of a de novo thrombectomy device conducted entirely in a Low- and Middle-Income Country (LMIC) to achieve both local and international regulatory approvals. The results were exceptional: the Supernova™ Stent Retriever achieved a 93.8% successful reperfusion rate and demonstrated an excellent safety profile.

The GRASSROOT study shows that high-quality, value-driven technology can help close the global treatment gap—bringing hope to the 97% of stroke patients worldwide who currently lack access to life-saving mechanical thrombectomy.

The Anchoring Technique in Combined Thrombectomy restores stability and trackability in tortuous anatomy. This is evidenced in Dr. Takong's recent case where a patient presented with a distal M1 occlusion and severe tortuosity achieved first-pass recanalization through the anchoring technique.

Thanks to early recognition of stroke sign (BEFAST) and the skillful intervention by Dr. Wittawat Takong using our Neutron Aspiration Catheter, a 65-year-old woman with a stroke in Thailand made recovery. We would like to thank everyone on the frontlines.
