เราจัดสอนทำอาหารในแบบพิเศษสำหรับคนที่ต้องการความเป็นส่วนตัวและใกล้ชิดกับอาจารย์ผู้สอนอย่างแท้จริง ครัวของเราตั้งอยู่ในสวนในบ้านที่มีบรรยากาศสงบแถบถนนพระรามเก้า อาจารย์ผู้สอนจะกำกับทุกๆ ขั้นตอนอย่างละเอียดตั้งแต่การเตรียมวัตถุดิบไปจนถึงขบวนการจัดขึ้นจาน และพร้อมจะแนะหลักการณ์ในการปรุงแต่งอาหารเพื่อให้คุณสามารถที่จะเนรมิตรายการอาหารนั้นๆ ขึ้นมาได้อย่างถูกต้องและเอร็ดอร่อยไม่ว่าคุณจะอยู่ที่ใด

ที่นี่เราเน้นเรื่องของความสำคัญและการใช้วัตถุดิบและการหาวัตถุดิบอื่นๆ มาแทนหากคุณต้องไปทำอาหารในต่างแดน หรือหากวัตถุดิบนั้นจะหาได้ตามฤดูกาล

ผู้สอนของเรานั้นสามารถพูดได้ทั้งภาษาไทยและอังกฤษ เราขอให้ท่านที่สนใจจองเวลาเรียนล่วงหน้าหนึ่งสัปดาห์ เรารับนักเรียนมากสุดสามท่านต่อหนึ่งคอร์ส สำหรับเยาวชนที่เข้ามาเรียนกับเราได้ต้องมีอายุสิบสองปีบริบูรณ์ขึ้นไป

We offer personal cooking lessons for both Thai and Western Cuisines at our private kitchen beautifully tucked in a garden off Rama Nine Road. Led by Arjan Peung with Cordon Bleu training and overseas restaurant experience along with her teaching career at Dusit for the past five years, you are guaranteed to get nothing but personal advice. At Dauphine’s Kitchen, you will enjoy the attention from our experienced instructors who will guide you step by step in mastering the menu of your choice. Our mission is to ensure all our apprentices grasp the core concept of each dish completely and assimilate the same process to prepare the dish successfully anywhere they choose to.
