Not all stress is harmful.
Some stress is right in front of you—clear, immediate, and yours to respond to. It asks for your presence, and when you meet it, something completes. This kind of stress can strengthen you.
But the stress from everywhere—the constant noise, the problems you cannot solve—this slowly drains your system.
Your body was not designed to carry the whole world.
It was designed to respond to what is here.
So gently ask:
Is this mine to respond to?
If yes, meet it fully.
If not, let it pass.
Come back to your breath.
Come back to your roots.
