🔻Job Title: Marketing Coordinator - Customer Experience
Pewdee Clinic is a rapidly expanding family-owned business based in Bangkok, Thailand. For over a decade, we have developed a loyal client base who love the professional and close-knit culture we have worked hard to create. We pride ourselves on our industry expertise, world-leading technologies and treatments, medical grade equipment and results driven products.
We are looking for ambitious marketing and operational assistants who are up for challenges in bringing in business opportunities and introducing our brand, products and services to the new markets under ‘Pewdee Club’.
Your primary role will be to execute online campaigns for the company as well as provide general assistance across the customer services function. You will be working closely with the Business Development Manager and the higher-ups to deliver an excellent end-to-end customer journey, including inbound and outbound communication.

• Create and contribute to content for client communications (updates), social media, company blog and Develop and implement engaging ideas for the future growth of the brand
• Manage communication and engagement with clients and customer through social media, telephone or online media
• Help plan, curate, commission and produce engaging, interactive digital content
• Contribute to the development of training, internal standards, support documents and knowledge sharing processes in regards to customer services
• Work closely with the front-line staffs to support on other relevant operations throughout the year and assist in delivering high quality articles, interviews and media campaigns
• Take proactive approach and improve how we communicate with our customers and to the market
• Respond to sales requests and customer support requests
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve customer experience
• Have a good understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Clubhouse, Tiktok as well as Google search, reviews and map) and a keen interest to participate in online conversations to increase customer engagement
🔻Required* Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communication, UX design, or equivalent professional experience
• 1-2 years digital marketing experience, especially social media (willing to consider internships and closely related experience)
• High level of internet literacy with a knowledge of Microsoft office suites, Google products and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Clubhouse, Tiktok and etc.)
• Great communication skills (comfortable talking to people, including customers via online and on the phone)
• Team-focused, highly collaborative, and independent
🔻Desired Experience (highly regarded, but not essential):
• Good writing skills (tone, spelling) with copywriting experience within a similar role
• Basic graphic design skills (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
• Comfortable with analysing customer/feedback data
• Exposure to HTML, CSS and UI
• Great influencing skills
• Ability to build rapport and develop strong business relationships
• CRM experience
• You perceive failure as a learning experience AND constantly strive for performance
