Only relevant content and limited media should be shared for information to our members. Forwards are not required on VHP Thailand page except in case of emergency. Photos and videos required a description of the content.
3. Any kind of promotion of external content required prior consent and approval from the admin. *Commercial content is strictly prohibited and in some cases may be allowed with Fee. Please discuss with Admin*
4. In-case any member has confusion over external Hindu-related contents, members should discuss with the admin before sharing in the VHP Thailand page. It might help you to filter information that is relevant to VHP Page Members. VHP members may share limited information about their activities relevant to the core theme of the page but no self-promotion.
5. Messages related to Birthdays, Anniversaries, Thought of the Day, Daily Greeting, Messages, Advisories, Congratulations, and messages related to Festivals and News related to India and Thailand, and elsewhere should be more like a personalized communication and should be shared one to one with your friends. *There should not be one-to-one interaction on the page* Obituary information may be shared but no comments, please. In this case, a condolence message should be sent to the family members as required. The only designated persons or admins are authorized to share official communications or information as and when required. *Comments from members are welcome as long as it is meant to add more details to the original post*
As of now, Anything beyond these 5 points will fall under the “DON’Ts” category. If any member violates the above rules, admins will notify him personally (not members) and authorized him to take further actions as per approval from the VHP Thailand Executive Committee. If any member has an objection about content on the VHP Thailand page, please discuss with Admins and they will discuss with the person who posts the content. Members are also free to stay or exit anytime. They are also welcome to join again at their convenience. These 5 rules are for now but we are still open to accepting more ideas from our members about how to make this VHP Thailand page a useful, relevant and effective, and spam free platform for sharing information with VHP members. Rules will be shared with all new members and upon their consent to follow rules, we can add them to the VHP Thailand page.
