Today, we express our deepest condolences to the people of Thailand during this difficult time.
We are deeply saddened by the conflict between Thailand and Cambodia, and our thoughts are with all those affected. May peace be restored swiftly, and may the pain and loss endured by so many be met with compassion, unity, and hope for a better future.

We are delighted to share our newly updated video, which offers a clearer insight into the heart of Second Chance Bangkok. This video highlights our projects — the Second Hand Shop, the Upcycled Wares initiative, and, most importantly, the incredible people who make it all possible.

Unforgettable day on 28th of March 2025, everyone both in Mynmar and Thailand was facing the same serious situation of earthquake. And it’s so new for Thai people especially in BKK. Including our SCB team members especially 4 of us were in the 50th floor of some highest buildings in Sathon. No words how to describe our feeling at that time and we believe that it’s become everyone’s trauma since then.

However, God is great who always provide our paths in advance. One of our friends, Khun Mint messaged us and told us that Mrs. Kim Johnson, a Therapist with license from America would love to serve Thai people in this crisis time of earthquake!

We’re so blessed to have both of them yesterday to come and support us.

Our hearts are heavy as we acknowledge the tragic impact of yesterday’s terrifying earthquake in Myanmar, which was felt across the region and here in Bangkok. We stand in solidarity with those who have lost loved ones and homes, and with those now facing an uncertain future.

We especially remember the most vulnerable—those with the least means to recover—and hold them close in our hearts.

To all who are offering help and hope in the midst of heartbreak—thank you. Your compassion matters.

“Have you ever messed up anything in your life and wished you could to start all over?”

Life is a lot like that- we all make mistakes and we all need SECOND CHANCES.

Today, on behalf of Second Chance Bangkok, we had an opportunity to share about Who we are, Why we started SCB, What we do, at Wellington International school ( from grade 3-6). So honor and such a blessing to start our journey in this year.

At Second Chance Bangkok, we believe that offering second chances, a new beginning had the power to change lives. Being as a bridge between 2 worlds of ABUNDANCE AND SCARCITY and working towards world where no one lives in poverty.

….Beautiful Lek….
She’s one of our neighbors who was facing a lot of challenges in her life. We, as Second Chance, have stood by her and love her as much as we can. One day, she’s disappeared and we couldn’t find her. Till we found out that she was sent to the Mental health Hospital. Our heart was broken that we couldn’t help her much. One year later, she popped up at Second Chance Bangkok and said to us “I need a job!…..” Wowwww…..how excited we were and absolutely she’s welcomed by our wonderful team member and she’s fully became a part of our Second Chance family.

We are incredibly grateful to work along side Lek at Second Chance, whose positive attitude brightens every day and reminds us of our mission. She encourages and uplifts everyone around her, embodying the HEART of Second Chance Bangkok. Her dedication reminds us all of the power of transformation and HOPE, making her an invaluable part of our team.
