เวลาเราบอกว่าคนเราควรมีความเมตตาต่อกันเยอะๆ ควรเข้าใจกัน อย่างไรเสียเราก็เป็นแค่มนุษย์คนนึง คำพูดนี้ไม่มีอะไรผิดเลยนะ ถูกต้องแล้วที่เราควรเมตตาต่อกัน แต่คำถามคือ คุณเมตตาให้กับคนที่คุณเกลียดได้เท่ากับเวลาที่คุณเรียกร้องให้คนอื่นเมตตาคนที่คุณรักหรือเปล่า

ถ้าทำได้ก็ยินดีด้วย เราต้องการคนแบบคุณเยอะๆ แต่ถ้าทำไม่ได้ก็ควรเข้าใจว่าความเมตตาเป็นสิ่งที่เราสมัครใจหยิบยื่นให้กัน ไม่ใช่สิ่งที่จะมาบังคับกันได้ว่าคุณควรเมตตาคนนั้นคนนี้ ในขณะที่ตัวคุณเองยังเกลียดศัตรูของคุณอยู่

ถ้าจะเมตตาก็เมตตาให้เท่าๆ กันไม่ใช่เมตตาเฉพาะคนที่คุณรัก เพราะไม่ว่าใครก็ต้องการความรัก ความเมตตาด้วยกันทั้งนั้นรวมถึงคนที่คุณเกลียด

ถ้าเราเมตตาให้คนคนนึงได้ เราก็ควรมีเมตตาต่อคนที่ไม่สามารถมอบความเมตตานั้นให้คนอื่นได้ด้วยหรือเปล่า

ถ้าเราเข้าใจได้ว่าคนคนนึงอาจผิดพลาดไปโดยไม่ตั้งใจ เราก็ควรพยายามเข้าใจด้วยหรือเปล่าว่าการที่คนคนนึงไม่สามารถให้อภัยหรือเมตตาคนอื่นได้อาจเพราะเขาเคยประสบพบเจอบางอย่างและเจ็บปวดกับเรื่องราวนั้นมาจนไม่อาจวางมันลงได้ในขณะนี้ ไม่อาจมองในมุมคนอื่นนอกจากคนที่เจ็บปวดและไม่อยากเจอเรื่องนี้อีก

ถ้าเมตตาต่อความผิดพลาดของคนอื่นได้ ทำไมเราถึงไม่เมตตา เห็นอกเห็นใจคนที่ต้องเจ็บปวด

ทุกคนล้วนผิดพลาดได้แต่ทุกความผิดพลาดย่อมมีคนเจ็บปวด เราสามารถเมตตาต่อคนอื่นได้ โดยไม่จำเป็นต้องบังคับให้คนอื่นเมตตาหรือเห็นใจต่อสิ่งใดเหมือนเรา ถ้าอยากให้เขามองในมุมเรา เราก็ควรเมตตาต่อเขาและมองในมุมของเขาก่อนเช่นกัน ไม่ใช่บอกว่าคุณต้องเมตตาทุกคนเหมือนฉันสิ ทำไมคุณไม่รู้จักมีเมตตาเลย

การบังคับให้คนอื่นจงมีเมตตาในตัวมันเองก็คือการไม่เมตตาต่อคนคนนั้น

When there is no ‘you’ in that,
there is no ‘you’ there.
When there is no ‘you’ there,

จริงๆ มันก็แค่นี้ ไม่มีอะไรซับซ้อนไปกว่านั้น

แค่ตระหนักให้ได้ว่า...
ในการมองเห็นมีแค่การมองเห็น
ในการได้ยินมีแค่การได้ยิน
ในการสัมผัสมีแค่การสัมผัส
ในการรับรู้มีแค่การรับรู้
ไม่เคยมีตัวเราในกระบวนการเหล่านี้
ตัวตนเราก็แค่การจับเอาประสาทสัมผัสทั้งหลายกับความทรงจำมาปั้นรวมกัน ไม่เคยดำรงอยู่จริงได้นาน

ไม่มีชาติหน้า ภพหน้า ไม่มีวิญญาณอะไรทั้งนั้น จะมีวิญญาณได้ยังไงถ้าเราไม่เคยจริงตั้งแต่แรก แค่ตัวละครในจินตนาการในหัวเราเอง

Seeing Through Suffering

Decorating your suffering doesn’t end it.
Seeing through it does.

You can light incense around your pain.
Sing to it. Name it. Give it a story, a ritual, a role.

But suffering doesn’t care how beautifully you present it.
It lives only as long as you believe in the one who owns it.

You can call it trauma. You can call it karma.
You can call it your sacred wound.
But the names just wrap chains in silk.

Real freedom comes when you stop polishing the prison walls. You turn and face the structure itself. You see the bars aren’t real. You see there’s no one locked inside.

And that’s it. The exit was never in decoration.
It was always in perception.

No one needs to bless the fire.
Just step out of the smoke.

You Were Never There

"Every best moment of your life, you were never there."

What does it mean? Consider your most profound experiences: laughter that made your stomach ache, dancing until time disappeared, standing silent before a mountain or the sea, or holding someone with nothing to say. In those moments, the sense of "I am experiencing this" was absent. There was only the happening — vivid, alive, effortless. No narrative, no observer, no commentator.

That absence was freedom.

Your most alive moments happened not because of "you," but in the absence of "you."

You were never there. And that is why they were beautiful.

And from this seeing, freedom flows like an endless, gentle river. You don’t need to chase joy. You just need to get out of the way.

The self is just a pointer.

The sense of "me" is not some fixed truth — it’s a side effect of how we communicate.
It’s like a name tag in a group chat, so we don’t get confused about who’s saying what.

We invent "I" so we can talk, so we can share stories.
But once the story ends, the “I” doesn't need to stay.

It’s just a label, a reference point — not the reality behind it.

Once you see that, things get lighter.
You can still use “me” when you talk, but you no longer have to carry the weight of being that person.

Like Ralph, he was never real.
He was just the voice we gave to the story.
And when the story ends, Ralph rests too.

ตัวตนเป็นแค่จุดอ้างอิง

ความรู้สึกเป็น "ฉัน" ไม่ใช่ความจริงแท้แน่นอน เป็นแค่ผลข้างเคียงจากวิธีที่เราสื่อสาร แค่ป้ายชื่อในกลุ่มแชท ให้เราไม่สับสนว่าใครพูดอะไร

เราคิดค้น "ฉัน" ขึ้นมาเพื่อให้พูด บอกเล่าเรื่องราวต่อกันได้ แต่ทันทีที่เรื่องราวจบลง "ฉัน" ก็ไม่จำเป็นอีกต่อไป

มันก็แค่ป้ายชื่อ จุดอ้างอิง ไม่มีความจริงแท้ใดๆ อยู่ข้างหลัง

และทันทีที่เราตระหนักเรื่องนี้ ทุกอย่างก็จะเบาลง
เรายังใช้ "ฉัน" ได้ในยามพูดคุย แต่เราไม่ต้องแบกน้ำหนักของการเป็นคนนั้นอีกต่อไป

เช่นเดียวกับราล์ฟ เขาไม่เคยมีจริง
แค่เสียงที่เรามอบให้กับเรื่องราว
เมื่อเรื่องราวจบลง ราล์ฟก็หยุดพัก ตัวเราก็เช่นกัน
