At 60, we’re still going strong and ready to keep giving. Regular blood donation can continue up to the age of 70.
Important Information:
- Individuals wishing to donate blood for the first time must be under 60 years of age.
- Foreign nationals who have previously donated blood must provide official documentation verifying their donation history from their home country.
For donors aged 60–65:
- Must be regular blood donors.
- Must donate at least once per year.
- Eligible to donate every 3 months.
For donors over 65 years of age:
- Must be regular blood donors.
- Must donate at least once per year.
- Eligible to donate every 6 months.
Please note: Blood donations for individuals over 60 are not accepted at mobile donation units, as additional laboratory tests are required to ensure the highest level of donor safety.
