Why do we need to become present?

Because the present moment is the only place life truly happens.

When we’re present, we’re no longer stuck in the past or worrying about the future. We begin to feel more calm, more grounded, and more connected to ourselves, to others, and to the world around us.

It’s not always easy, but it’s a practice worth returning to, again and again.
Even just a few mindful breaths can bring you back home to yourself.

Many people know this studio is by Ice yes, it is!
But I’d love for you to also meet the other half of this space. My partner, Antonio.

He’s seen me experience benefits of sound healing firsthand. From there, he stood by me as I went on to study, to learn, to grow. We traveled to Nepal together…created events we had never imagined…and brought to life ideas that were totally new to both of us 💛

He’s the man behind the scenes. The support behind so many details most people don’t see. It is definitely a husband-and-wife business 😄

This photo reminds me how far we’ve come, from just a dream to something real we created with our own hands (and hearts).

Still feels surreal sometimes BUT here we are!
