เสริมพลังกลไกจังหวัดสมุทรปราการด้วยแพลตฟอร์ม
เมื่อวันที่ 19 สิงหาคม 2568 ณ สำนักงานเทศบาลตำบลแพรกษา จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ UNFPA Thailand ในฐานะผู้พัฒนาและขับเคลื่อนแพลตฟอร์ม SoSafe ร่วมกับหน่วยงานภาคี ได้จัดเวทีเสริมสร้างความเข้าใจและการใช้งานแพลตฟอร์มแก่ผู้แทนจากหน่วยงานในพื้นที่จังหวัดสมุทรปราการกว่า 90 แห่ง โดยในช่วงเปิดงาน UNFPA Thailand ได้กล่าวถึงที่มาที่ไปและความก้าวหน้าของแพลตฟอร์ม SoSafe ซึ่งได้เริ่มต้นขึ้นเพื่อเป็นระบบดิจิทัลแบบบูรณาการสำหรับการรายงานและการส่งต่อปัญหาสังคม ความรุนแรงทางเพศและครอบครัว ตลอดจนปัญหาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับสิทธิของสตรี เด็ก คนพิการ และกลุ่มเปราะบาง และปัจจุบัน SoSafe ได้รับการนำไปใช้จริงในหลายจังหวัดและกำลังขยายผลสู่ระดับประเทศ
จากนั้น นายประทีป นทีทวีวัฒน์ รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดสมุทรปราการ ได้เป็นประธานกล่าวต้อนรับและมอบแนวทางการทำงานแก่เจ้าหน้าที่และหน่วยงานในจังหวัด โดยเน้นย้ำถึงความสำคัญของการบูรณาการและความร่วมมือในระดับจังหวัด เพื่อสร้างระบบรายงานปัญหาสังคมที่ครอบคลุม เข้าถึงได้ และสามารถตอบสนองต่อความต้องการของประชาชนได้อย่างแท้จริง
ในช่วงการทำงานเชิงปฏิบัติ ผู้เข้าร่วมได้ทดลองใช้งานแพลตฟอร์ม SoSafe และแลกเปลี่ยนข้อคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับแนวทางการขยายการใช้งานร่วมกับเทศบาลและกลไกท้องถิ่นอื่น ๆ อีกทั้ง การมีส่วนร่วมอย่างแข็งขันของผู้อำนวยการกลุ่มงานดำรงธรรมจังหวัดสมุทรปราการตลอดกิจกรรม ได้ช่วยให้การประชุมดำเนินไปอย่างราบรื่นและบรรลุผลเชิงรูปธรรม
ทั้งนี้ UNFPA Thailand ในนามผู้นำการดำเนินงาน SoSafe ขอขอบคุณทุกหน่วยงานในจังหวัดสมุทรปราการที่ได้ร่วมกันผลักดันให้ SoSafe เป็นกลไกที่มีประสิทธิภาพ ยั่งยืน และคุ้มครองประชาชนทุกกลุ่ม ทุกเพศ และทุกวัย
Empowering Provincial Protection Systems in Samut Prakan through the Platform
On 19 August 2025, at the Phraeksa Subdistrict Municipality Office in Samut Prakan Province, UNFPA Thailand, as lead developer of the SoSafe platform, together with its partners, convened a multi-stakeholder workshop with over 90 local agencies. At the outset, UNFPA Thailand provided the background and progress of the SoSafe platform, which was initiated in Thailand to serve as an integrated digital system for reporting and referral of social issues, gender-based violence, and cases affecting women, children, persons with disabilities, and vulnerable groups. Today, SoSafe has been adopted in several provinces and is steadily expanding toward national scale-up.
Subsequently, Mr. Prateep Nathiteewath, Deputy Governor of Samut Prakan, delivered welcome remarks and offered clear directions to his staff and provincial agencies. He emphasized the importance of integration and collaboration at the provincial level in order to establish reporting systems that are inclusive, accessible, and truly responsive to people’s needs.
Following this, participants engaged in hands-on testing of the platform and exchanged practical ideas for local adaptation and expansion across municipal and community mechanisms. The active involvement of the Director of the Damrongtham Group of Samut Prakan throughout the event further ensured that the workshop proceeded smoothly and achieved concrete outcomes.
As SoSafe lead, UNFPA Thailand extends its sincere appreciation to all stakeholders in Samut Prakan for their commitment to advancing this platform as an effective, inclusive, and sustainable protection mechanism for people of all groups, genders, and ages.
