One of the best ways to handle COVID-19 is to wash your hands.
Good hand washing is required to rub your hands with soap for 20-30 seconds or more (around the end of the 2nd times of happy birthday song 2)
Only singing the same song repeatedly is boring. Today, for Disney fans... Finished singing = clean hands..
The steps for washing hands and rubbing the soap are as follows:
[1] Rub the palms 5 times.
[2] The palms rub the back of the hands and fingers. Alternately, left and right, 5 times on each side.

3. ฝ่ามือถูฝ่ามือและนิ้วถูซอกนิ้ว(5ที)
4. หลังนิ้วมือถูฝ่ามือในลักษณะล๊อกกัน และทำสลับข้างซ้ายและขวาข้างละ5ที
5. ถูรอบหัวแม่มือ สลับซ้ายและขวา ข้างละ 5ที
6. ปลายนิ้วถูวนกลางฝ่ามือสลับซ้ายและขวา ข้างละ 5ที
7. ถูรอบข้อมือ สลับซ้ายและขวา ข้างละ 5 นาที
ล้างมือด้วยน้ำสะอาดจนหมดคราบสบู่ เช็ดมื้อให้แห้งด้วยผ้าสะอาดที่ใช้ครั้งเดียวหรือกระดาษเช็ดมือ กรณีก๊อกน้ำเป็นแบบใช้มือ ให้ใช้กระดาษจับก๊อกและหมุนปิดก๊อก
