Our 200hr Green Room Yoga Teacher Training has just come to an end and has been such an amazing experience! ✨ 🧘‍♀️ 🌿

We are very proud of the students and are eager to see where their yoga journey takes them next. ✨

We have an exciting announcement: Our next Green Room Yoga Teacher Training starts March 1st 2025 and will be led again by the amazing Stacey, joined by some of our incredible Green Room Teachers.

This Teacher Training is perfect for anyone who wants to dive deeper into Yoga and connect meaningfully with others, as well as those that aspire to teach. It will be spread across 8 weekends again so that you can continue your normal daily city life alongside the training.

Our 200hr YTT is Yoga Alliance approved and on completion when you receive your certificate, you’ll be eligible to register as a Yoga Alliance certified teacher.

During our YTT, we will cover
- Yoga History & Philosophy
- Pranayama
- Meditation
- ⁠Yoga Anatomy
- Asanas (focusing on adjustments, alignment & modifications)
- Inversions & Arm balances
- Teaching & Sequencing
- Specialty Workshops inc Sound Healing, Ayurveda, Acro Yoga & Ice Baths
- And much, much more.

*Bonus* you will get unlimited access to all our studio classes during the YTT.
