To ensure immaculate customer service and smooth operation of reservation system, information flow between different areas of the outlet. She reports to the Operation Director. She is accountable for achieving superior customer satisfaction and building strong customer relationship and ensuring excellent condition of the facility to meet the high quality and image standards.
Scope:
• Attend to telephone enquiry, manage customer reservation bookings.
• To attend to customers’ enquiries & requests.
• Perform cashiering duties, POS data entry including management of customers’ transactions/packages and other related tracking & reporting.
• Manage daily, weekly and monthly sales reports/expenses
• Inventory management
• Sell packages with success and confidence
• To help in ongoing promotions to assist in increasing service and product sale.
• To assist in other general administrative tasks
Level and Experience
1. Working experience in customer service role for a spa or retail & related service/hotel industry will be an added advantage.
2. Excellent service mind, excellent communication skills (especially telephone etiquette), and good organization skills.
3. Strong team player and work positively and collaboratively with customers (Internal and external) of all levels and background.
4. Is outgoing, resourceful, proactive and possesses a superior service attitude, grace and sense of urgency. A people person.
5. Proficient in Thai and English
6. Must be able to work on retail hours, & weekends/PHs.
