: 1. ก่อนให้ยา domperidone หรือ plasil ไม่ว่าฉีดหรือกิน ควรทำ EKG 12 leads เพื่อดู QTc ก่อนหรือไม่ และ QTc ที่ไม่ควรให้ คือเท่าใด หรือแค่ prolong ตามเกณฑ์เพียงเล็กน้อยก็ไม่ควรใช้เลยครับ 2. และขอถามไปถึงยาจิตเวชอื่นที่ทำให้ QTc prolong พบว่าแพทย์จิตเวชบางท่าน QTc ถ้าไม่เกิน 500 รับได้ แต่ ในทาง med ถึงว่า prolonged] 3. และ ถ้าใช้ยาจิตเวชที่อาจทำให้ Qtc prolong ไม่ควรใช้ plasil / domperidone เลยหรือไม่
