I have not been sharing my inner world for a while now and the truth is I miss it.

Storytelling, reflection, and writing have always been at the core of who I am. They are how I make sense of the world. How I connect to myself and to others.

Lately, I have been asking myself:
Am I hiding beneath the shadow of my own doubt?
Perhaps.

But more than that, I have been learning to let things marinate.
To sit with my reflections.
To not rush the process.

Now, I am slowly finding the courage to speak again.
Even if my voice shakes.
Even if my words are imperfect.

Because if there is one thing I know for sure—it is that stories move us.

And there is nothing more powerful, more beautiful, than truth told with vulnerability and heart.

This coming Saturday, I will be sharing one of those stories—a journey from fear to flow, with real-life tools for anyone who wants to start a class, a project, or a dream, but feels afraid to take that first step.

One of the best decisions I ever made is sponsoring a child.
The moment I fully embraced my desire to be a mother, my entire world shifted. I will never forget the wise words of a monk who encouraged me to embody motherhood now—without waiting for a husband or for everything to fall into place.
Jeeja just turned 8 ✨🎉 each visit, our bond grows stronger. This year, she asked for a surprise Pop Mart box—it was my first time buying a Labubu doll, I only just realized how pricey they are! 🤪😆😂
Seeing her joy made it all worth it. We spent a beautiful day celebrating—blowing out birthday candles, eating pizza and coloring together.

Oh my goodness, my heart is so full! ❤️ I decided to bring back my free community class this morning to reconnect with all of you — and at 8am, we gathered for a heartfelt Q&A and meditation to welcome February and this official new year 🧘‍♀️✨
We explored some of life's most repeated questions:
🌿 How do we trust the unknown?
🌿 How do we move through self-doubt?
🌿 How do we manifest our dreams when everything feels dark?
I shared a story about the unseen magic that happens behind the scenes — just like our bodies miraculously healing even when we can't witness the process. It reminded me that we can’t control time or people (even when we really want to 😅), but we can choose to be fully present on our journey, whether it’s smooth or filled with challenges.
When we release limiting beliefs like “When will this happen?” or “When will they change?” — we open up space for life to flow with more ease and that's when manifestation happens most naturally 🌟
I didn’t realize how much I missed connecting with you all and sharing these holistic tools 🙏
May you be happy, may you be free, may all your dreams come true ❤️

✨ A couple of years ago, New Year’s felt heavy. I was alone and lonely, trying to rebuild a life I barely recognized.
In moments of vulnerability, I reached out to someone who had inspired me through her own struggles.
Her simple reply was: “There is light at the end of the tunnel.”
I couldn’t see it then. But I see it now 🌟
Sometimes, the dreams we hold dear—love, family, belonging—take time, patience, and healing to unfold.
Sometimes it takes losing it all to rebuild the dreams.
For me, it’s taken years of clarity to realize that some dreams are non-negotiable like having a home and a family.
Last night, as I celebrated New Year’s with my partner & his friends who feel like family with all the kids running around, I felt it for the first time in years: I have everything I need and more than I could ever ask for.
If you’re in a season of loss or pain, I’m passing along the words that once comforted me: There really is light at the end of the tunnel.
Trust in your vision, release the timeline and let life unfold its magic ✨
