Wrapped up the activity
“Full Moon Circle: Yin Yoga & Sound Journey 🌕🧘♀️”
Facilitated by Natnicha Boonyananth, Psycho-spiritual Space Holder, Yoga & Meditation Teacher
Under the light of the full moon, this calming and reflective space invited students to slow down and reconnect with themselves through gentle movement, breath awareness, journaling, and sound meditation — Participants were guided to tune into their inner rhythm, explore life cycles, and cultivate deeper awareness and intention in their daily lives. Many experienced a sense of clarity, relaxation, and emotional grounding 🌕✨
