ASMR: Relaxing Onsen with Ice Bath (Cold & Hot Water) and 18 Step Vietnamese Headspa (with Ear Cleaning)

I just tried an amazing hot/cold contrast therapy followed by a relaxing 18-step Vietnamese head spa here in Bangkok. The ice bath was a total shock to the system, but the 51°C Himalayan salt sauna right after completely melted my muscles.
