Harmful consumption, exceeding 20 leaves daily, is linked to long-term use, boiling leaves, and a lack of health-related knowledge. The findings suggest a need for targeted public health strategies and regulations that prioritize education and harm reduction for high-risk demographic groups.

2️⃣ Highlight the DOI text in your reference list (click and drag your mouse over the text)

3️⃣️ Click 'Insert' on the top menu
4️⃣ Select 'Link'
