🔥 ภัยเงียบหน้าร้อนที่อันตรายถึงชีวิต! รู้จัก "ฮีทสโตรก" (Heat Stroke) และวิธีรับมือที่ถูกต้อง 🚨
สวัสดีผู้ติดตามเพจ CDEM ทุกท่าน! เข้าสู่ช่วงที่อากาศร้อนจัดแบบนี้ ภัยสุขภาพที่ใกล้ตัวและอันตรายที่สุดคงหนีไม่พ้น "โรคลมแดด" หรือ "Heat Stroke" หลายคนอาจคิดว่าแค่อากาศร้อนดื่นน้ำก็หาย แต่ในทางระบาดวิทยาและการแพทย์ฉุกเฉิน Heat Stroke คือ "ภาวะวิกฤต" ที่กลไกระบายความร้อนของร่างกายล้มเหลว (Thermoregulatory Collapse) โดยเฉพาะในสภาพอากาศที่ "ร้อนและชื้นสูง" จนเหงื่อไม่สามารถระเหยได้ วันนี้ CDEM ขอนำสรุปข้อมูลสำคัญที่จะช่วยชีวิตคุณและคนรอบข้างได้มาฝากค่า
🌡️ 1. แยกให้ออก: "เพลียแดด" (Heat Exhaustion) vs "ลมแดด" (Heat Stroke)
จุดแยกโรคที่สำคัญที่สุดคือ การทำงานของระบบประสาทส่วนกลาง (CNS Dysfunction)
🟡 ภาวะเพลียแดด: อุณหภูมิร่างกายยังต่ำกว่า 40°C, ผิวเย็น/ชื้น/เหงื่อออกมาก, ระบบประสาทปกติ (อาจมีปวดหัว เวียนหัวบ้าง) 👉 นี่คือสัญญาณเตือน! ต้องรีบพักและดื่มน้ำ
🔴 โรคลมแดด (Heat Stroke): อุณหภูมิร่างกายพุ่งสูงกว่า 40°C, ผิวร้อน แห้ง (หรืออาจยังมีเหงื่ออยู่), ระบบประสาททำงานผิดปกติ (สับสน เพ้อ ชัก หมดสติ) 👉 นี่คือภาวะฉุกเฉินทางการแพทย์! เสี่ยงต่ออวัยวะล้มเหลวและเสียชีวิต
🧊 2. วิธีปฐมพยาบาลเบื้องต้น (Evaporative Cooling Protocol)
หากพบผู้ป่วยที่สงสัยว่าเป็น Heat Stroke ให้รีบโทร 1669 และเริ่มลดอุณหภูมิร่างกายด้วยวิธีระเหยทันที:
ถอดเสื้อผ้า ผู้ป่วยออกให้มากที่สุด (โดยคำนึงถึงสิทธิผู้ป่วย)
พ่นละอองน้ำ ให้ทั่วร่างกาย และใช้พัดลมเป่าโดยตรงเพื่อกระตุ้นการระเหย
ประคบเย็น วางถุงน้ำแข็งที่บริเวณจุดชีพจรหลัก: รักแร้ ขาหนีบ และลำคอ
(สำหรับบุคลากรทางการแพทย์) ให้สารน้ำ 0.9% Normal Saline ที่อุณหภูมิห้อง ห้ามใช้น้ำเกลือเย็นจัดเพื่อป้องกันภาวะหัวใจเต้นผิดจังหวะ
🚨 [ข้อควรระวังขั้นวิกฤต] 🚨
ห้ามให้ยาลดไข้ (เช่น พาราเซตามอล) โดยเด็ดขาด! ยาลดไข้ไม่มีผลต่อภาวะฮีทสโตรก และอาจไปเพิ่มความเสี่ยงต่อภาวะตับวายและเลือดออกผิดปกติได้!
อากาศร้อนไม่ใช่เรื่องเล่นๆ การมีความรู้ที่ถูกต้องและระบบการจัดการที่ดีคือวัคซีนป้องกันที่ดีที่สุดค่า
