In the honey industry farmers only get a limited number of harvests each year which means a limited supply of honey, in order to boost this supply many commercial entities will often add sugar or corn syrup which multiply profits.
I only fell into this discovery as I have a sugar allergy and was tired of reacting to honey labeled 100% Honey. What do we do when the honey supplies get low? We stop selling and wait for the next harvest. That is our promise to people and it is reflected in the feedback we read everyday.
Nice to see shamans shed honey rated top 5 on lazada for feedback despite being a higher price for a lower volume - this is because we don’t tamper with what the bees produce and we maintain fair trade with the local bee keepers 🐝🐝🐝
