Often we come to the wall thinking only of the send. We worry if we have the strength, or if the climb is too difficult for what we have in the tank. We want it to be a good climb.

ReMind outdoor climbing sessions are about lifting the hood and tinkering with the mind we bring to the crag. We watch how our mind reacts when the terrain gets exposed or when plans fall apart but we have to commit anyway. We see the patterns we default to under stress; where we tense up, hesitate, and brute force.

By the end of a ReMind climbing session, we are more aware of how our climbing skills and mindset come together.

Abhi and Avika have been coming thrice a week for four months. Every session is about building strength and mobility, but also increasing tolerance for discomfort. “ReMindRescue truly rescued me. I came in feeling defeated, and left with my mind, body, and nervous system rewired. The combination of rehab, climbing, and acupuncture brought me to my edge, then switched something back on.”– Jacqui

Sometimes it takes a concentrated effort to dig ourselves out of a hole. If you’ve ever suffered chronic pain, burnout, anxiety or depression, you’re familiar with the inertia that can bog you down. We designed ReMindRescue as a holistic, natural, and exciting way to provoke a meaningful shift.

We launched our first Rescue last week. A three-day intensive with indoor and outdoor climbing, strength training, and acupuncture for Jacqui and Jaime.

Rescue retreats are limited to 2-4 people for maximum impact.

An experienced hiker, Steph, our ReMind director, isn’t new to the trail, but it was her first time racing. Nursing a knee injury, she had her work cut out for her– build muscles to take on the load so the run didn’t strain the connective tissues. Our gamble paid off and the knee did more than hold out on Pong Yaeng Trail’s PNK20 with over 1000m of elevation. She crossed the finish an hour early, no worse for wear. Except for some very sore legs.

Women on the Wall returns to Koh Tao in 2026! Designed by women, for women, our retreats take place on the island’s granite cliffs where we grow our tenacity and mindfulness, and test our self imposed limits. Open to all levels, from first-time climbers to those with years of experience. Two nights of accommodation are included, and there is the option to book a third climbing day to put what you’ve learned into practice.

We were training five days a week before Alison took off on a motorbike holiday in Mongolia. She had an accident and had to undergo surgery— unfortunate but that is the risk we take as adventurers.

We began rehab as soon as we could to avoid movement compensations. Two months later, the tissues have healed enough to allow for proper training. And, yes, Alison is back on her bike.

Go on your adventures.

Nathan, 47-year-old avid tennis and basketball player, came to us complaining about persistent knee pain. After one rehab session, the knee pain was gone.

The pain was symptomatic of a poorly rehabilitated Achilles- which ruptured two and a half years ago. Previous physical therapy got him back to walking, but stopped short of restoring athletic capacity.

We’ve begun working on disabling movement compensations, identifying what his Achilles can handle, and mapping how to get him back in the game.
