Women on the Wall returns to Koh Tao in 2026! Designed by women, for women, our retreats take place on the island’s granite cliffs where we build tenacity, mindfulness, and test our self imposed limits. Open to all levels, from first-time climbers to those with years of experience. Two nights of accommodation are included, and there is the option to book a third climbing day to put what you’ve learned into practice.

Book either weekend: March 28–29 and April 4–5. Get in touch for more information.

We were training five days a week before Alison took off on a motorbike holiday in Mongolia. She had an accident and had to undergo surgery— unfortunate but that is the risk we take as adventurers.

We began rehab as soon as we could to avoid movement compensations. Two months later, the tissues have healed enough to allow for proper training. And, yes, Alison is back on her bike.

Go on your adventures.
Get banged up.
We’ll be here ready to fix what needs fixing.

Nathan, 47-year-old avid tennis and basketball player, came to us complaining about persistent knee pain. After one rehab session, the knee pain disappeared. We diagnosed that the pain was symptomatic of a poorly rehabilitated Achilles- which ruptured two and a half years ago. Previous physical therapy got him back to walking, but stopped short of restoring athletic capacity.

We’re now working on disabling movement compensations, identifying what his Achilles can handle, and mapping how to get him back in the game.

What if our later years were defined by freedom– from pain, disease, and immobility?

At ReWilder, we reimagine ageing.

Every Monday at 9am, we host a strength class designed for folks 50 and up. We keep the group size small (4-6 people) so you get the support you need from our experts. We hold classes at our open air gym in Nam Phrae, Hang D**g.

On Tuesdays at 3pm at Main Wall, we’ll build strength on the wall. Climbing supports longevity by improving balance, coordination, grip strength, and cognitive function. No experience needed— only curiosity and a willingness to try something new.

The end of the year is rarely as relaxing nor as grounding as we need it to be. So we start the year frazzled and tired. We have something that can change that: a one-day retreat in Chiang Dao where we take you for a mindful morning run in its woods and an afternoon climb on its limestone crags.

The only rule: you shut your phones off for a day and turn on your sense of adventure.

Hear from those who joined our last Into The Wild:

“A well-designed programme that helped me release stress from work and also build strength through all the activities.”— Peace, climber and entrepreneur

“Into The Wild invites you to slow down, explore, and find peace at your own pace. To listen, breathe, and rediscover what your body is capable of.”— Amika, climber and entrepreneur

“It was a fantastic day. A great way to break out of a workout rut—getting outside, moving, and feeling inspired to enjoy fitness again.”- Avika, runner and entrepreneur

Into The Wild is suitable for both beginner and experienced runners and climbers. All activities are scaled to your capacity.

The day starts at 7am and ends at 5pm. We recommend that you spend the night in Chiang Dao before our one day retreat so you’re well rested. There are many guesthouses in the area. We’re happy to recommend our favourites. Get in touch for more information.

Our ReMind director is back from the EABCT conference in Glasgow where presented ReMind case studies alongside professional therapists, researchers, and coaches also working on therapeutic climbing. A key insight that cut across many presentations was how climbing can be uniquely adapted to learn new behaviours. On the wall, emotions rise quickly—fear, doubt, frustration—but you don’t need to unpack them. What matters is how you respond in the moment: acknowledging what comes up then continuing with the climb. This mental retraining is transferable to life beyond the rock.

We also picked up new ideas and insights from EABCT on how to address anxiety, depression, neurodiversity, burnout, perfectionism, and addiction that we’re keen to bring into ReWire (our ReMind offering that helps people shift thought patterns and behaviours) and to our climbing retreats like Women On The Wall (WOTW).

At last weekend’s WOTW, Steph helped our female climbers use the rock to show them where they hesitate, where they can push, and how to cut through mental roadblocks.

Experience ReMind’s approach to mindful climbing at our WOTW retreats (last dates are in October/November/December) or book a ReMind session in BKK or Chiang Mai.

Nature is our laboratory, where we build strength, inspire ease, and provoke a mental reset. Our Women On The Wall (WOTW) climbing retreats—built by women, for women— take both climbers and non-climbers to the edge of what they think is possible.

Marine came to WOTW in 2024 and left equipped with tools to manage fear and stress, a better grasp of climbing technique, and new female friendships. She continues her climbing journey with one on one sessions with ReMind in Bangkok.

Open to all levels, our retreat focuses on mindset first: learning how to stay grounded when under pressure, approach the wall with clarity, and transform fear into grit.

Chiang Mai | September 20–21, 2025.
Two days of climbing, connection, and reset.
6000THB includes one night accommodation, gear, guiding, and lunches. Travel is not included in the price, but we set up car pools to and from the city center.

A day on the rock with employees from Kailasglobal, who were testing both their gear and grit. We introduced the idea of mindfulness and how challenges are easier with a brain that isn’t fried from stress and overthinking.
