A hectic lifestyle, processed & fast food, an increasingly toxic environment caused by abundant use of agricultural chemicals, air pollution from combustion engines and industrial plants, have taken a huge toll on our health - we all absorb a multitude of toxins every minute, too much for our bodies to deal with ! Our immune systems are not able to cope, leaving our bodies open to a multitude of ailments and diseases. We have 25 years of personal experience in fasting and detox, having done at least one health retreat every year, since 1990. We feel, that in order to keep strong, youthful, full of energy and healthy, certain supplements, teas and organic products have helped us tremendously over the years !
