Don’t ignore irregular periods. You may be at risk for infertility
Have you ever noticed your menstrual period if it has come on time, late or faster? Normally, women have period every 28-30 days. In case the menstrual cycle is 24-38 days long and the length between each cycle is unchanged,

e.g., having period every 25 days constantly, the period is still normal. But women who have irregular periods such as late or absent periods, these may represent egg growth delay or anovulation then causing infertility problem.

Irregular periods occur for many reasons. Common causes are including:

Ovulation or hormones abnormality
Uterine polyps or fibroids
Endometrial abnormality
Taking some medicines that affect hormones
Therefore, we suggest you to initially take care of your health when you have irregular periods. If it doesn’t work, kindly consult with the specialized doctor to find out the cause of problem and determine the treatment plan. PCOS, A Common Disorder of Chronic Anovulatory Syndrome

Chronic anovulation is an ovarian disorder. As a result, the development process of eggs has stopped. Chronic anovulation comes from hormonal imbalance leading the failure of egg development so that the egg doesn’t release and the delay or the absence of menstrual period can occur.

To leave this problem for a long time without any treatment, it is risky to have endometrial cancer and diabetes when become older. Definitely, this condition affects your fertility and causes infertility problem!

The symptoms can be different among individuals. Some women have normal periods or irregular periods. Some women have menstrual spotting. In case of heavy periods can be considered chronic anovulation as well. Other symptoms are including acnes, oily face, hairiness or no any symptoms at all except infertility.

By a transva**nal ultrasound, special appearance of ovaries will be detected. Many immature oocytes align like a pearl necklace in the o***y. This is a specific characteristic of PCOS. Khun Kanjana (42 yrs.) and her husband. After trying to have a baby for over 5 years and she underwent ICSI for 2 times previously, it was not successful. Is there any chance of recurrence if you have ever had a blighted o**m?

A blighted o**m is an abnormal intrauterine pregnancy. It mostly occurs from an embryo’s chromosomes abnormalities. Therefore, every woman can face this problem during pregnancy.

Aging or irregular diseases leads a greater risk of blighted o**m as an embryo is more likely to become abnormal when you are getting older. It doesn’t mean a blighted o**m has never comeback. If you have ever had this problem, you will have a chance to face it again. But a recurrent blighted o**m doesn’t happen frequently.

However, a blighted o**m is considered a pregnancy failure that causes miscarriage. The risk of 1 abortion in general woman is about 10-15%. But the risk of 2nd abortion is not much, less than 10%. So that you don’t need to be very concerned.

In conclusion, a blighted o**m can happen again but the chance of several recurrent pregnancy failures is uncommon if you are not too old or not having a congenital disease.

Khun Patsikarn (38 yrs.) and her husband. Even though they already had a child, it is difficult to have their next child. They had tried for over 7 years with no success. Pelvic Adhesion, A big problem that may cause infertility!

Pelvic adhesion is frequently found in women and it should be treated urgently. Unless, your dream of having babies may become more difficult.

Pelvic adhesion is a connective tissue that occurs in the area of pelvic organs. Mostly found in fallopian tubes, ovaries, back of uterus. Pelvic infection or some common inflammations such as endometriosis and chocolate cyst can cause pelvic adhesion.

Moreover, a cause of pelvic adhesion is uterine or abdominal wall injury from the previous surgery making the adhesions are formed. As well as unknown causes are possible. These adhesions will probably bind a part of various organs.

If you leave the adhesion for a long time, it may obstruct s***m’s pathway or lead blocked fallopian tubes then make no fertilization or a greater risk of ectopic pregnancy.

How do you recognize your pelvic adhesion? Women can notice some abnormalities. Signs or symptoms depend on an individual incident, e.g.,

Pelvic pain: tightening, dulling, piercing

Chronic pelvic pain

Severe period pain

Constipation, frequent urination or recurrent cystitis

Back pain and probably feeling hurt one leg or both

Want A Daughter / A Son … Do s*x positions influence baby’s gender?

S*x positions can determine a baby’s gender. This position will create a son. That position will create a daughter. This trick has been widely shared. I believe many people have already tried, haven’t they?

Kindly understand that among a huge number of s***m approaching an egg, there is only one s***m that can fertilize the egg successfully. Then the matching between s***m’s chromosomes and egg’s X chromosomes will determine a baby’s gender either boy or girl.

X S***m : Fitting in weak acid environment, Large size, Tolerate and endure
Y S***m : Fitting in weak base environment, Faster and more rapidly swim

However, s*x positions may not directly determine a baby’s gender.

To adjust acid-base environment by va**nal douching in order to control X or Y s***m approaching an egg is not medically recommended! Medical studies found that it doesn’t help in baby’s gender selection. Moreover, va**nal douching may affect pH balance and cause irritation in women’s va**na as well.
