Hello Yoga Friends,
This will be the schedule from next week. Unfortunately, there is a bit of building work noise in the area in the mornings, which will break up the vibe of the yoga chill so I had to put a wee stop to the morning classes for now. Evening Classes start 30 minutes later also, giving you enough time to get here after work!

You can find a copy of the schedule on Google, I can send you it also to your phone and I will make changes to the website too.
