We’ve spent so much money on war and donations that only fuel conflict—even situations where Karen people are fighting and killing one another, which makes no sense. But what if we used that money to help a child go to school instead? To support his education? Don’t you think that would be a win for all of us? We could lift someone out of poverty and give him a chance at a brighter, more promising future. Who knows—he could become one of our greatest future leaders.
