เพื่อสร้างรูปทรงของจมูกที่มีความยาวมากขึ้น
มีสโลป และมีส่วนปลายที่พุ่งขึ้น โดยยังคงความเป็นธรรมชาติค่ะ

Here is pre and post-operative photograph of our patient undergoing revision open rhinoplasty.
In this case, the patient previously had an open rhinoplasty but experienced an infection and scar tissue contracture. This resulted in a deformed nose shape with a retracted nasal tip.
After removing the old implant and waiting for the nose to settle for one year, the doctor performed a revision surgery using an open technique. The patient's own rib cartilage was used along with a silicone implant to create a longer, sloped nose with a projected tip, while maintaining a natural appearance.
Closed and open rhinoplasty techniques have distinct differences. The doctor will recommend and analyze the appropriate surgical method based on each individual's underlying structure and existing nasal characteristics.
