อีกหนึ่งทักษะสำคัญที่หลักสูตรมุ่งเน้น คือการพัฒนาทักษะด้าน นวัตกรรมทางการพยาบาล 🩺
แม้จะเป็นเพียงระยะเวลาสั้น ๆ แต่ผู้เข้าอบรมได้ฝึกการมองปัญหา วิเคราะห์องค์กร และสืบค้นแนวทางแก้ไขโดยอ้างอิง หลักฐานเชิงประจักษ์
กระบวนการนี้ช่วยเสริมสร้างทักษะที่จำเป็น เพื่อการต่อยอดพัฒนางานในองค์กร และส่งเสริมความก้าวหน้าในวิชาชีพพยาบาล

หลักสูตรของเรามุ่งพัฒนาผู้เข้าอบรมในทุกมิติ
จากการทำเคสสัมนา เราได้เห็นการเติบโตของผู้เข้าอบรม ที่พัฒนาเป็นพยาบาล PC ที่มีความ smart ยิ่งขึ้น ทั้งด้านการใช้เทคโนโลยี ทักษะการนำเสนอ และที่สำคัญที่สุดคือการประยุกต์ใช้ หลักฐานเชิงประจักษ์ ซึ่งเป็นเป้าหมายหลักของหลักสูตร
ประสบการณ์นี้จะช่วยให้ผู้เข้าอบรมสามารถต่อยอดไปสู่การดูแลผู้ป่วยแบบประคับประคองอย่างมีคุณภาพต่อไป

This seminar reflects our program’s commitment to developing participants in every dimension of palliative care nursing
Through their case presentations, we witnessed their growth—becoming smarter PC nurses with enhanced use of technology, stronger communication skills, and, most importantly, the application of evidence-based practice, the core of our training.
These experiences will empower them to deliver high-quality, evidence-based palliative care in their future practice

ผู้เข้าอบรมได้รับทั้งความรู้ทางวิชาการและความอบอุ่นจากอาจารย์แพทย์และพยาบาลพี่เลี้ยง ณ ศูนย์กรุณา พีร์ คำทอน โรงพยาบาลศูนย์ร้อยเอ็ด 💙
ความเอาใจใส่และแรงบันดาลใจจากพี่เลี้ยง ทำให้การฝึกปฏิบัติเต็มไปด้วยคุณค่าและความทรงจำดี ๆ ซึ่งผู้เข้าอบรมรุ่นที่ 6 จะนำไปต่อยอดในการทำงานพยาบาลของตนค่ะ

This practicum provided participants with both academic knowledge and heartfelt guidance from our faculty and nurse preceptors at Karuna Peer Kamthon Center, Roi Et Hospital. 💙
Their support and dedication made the experience meaningful and inspiring. The 6th cohort will carry these valuable lessons into their future nursing practice.

ผู้เข้าอบรมได้ฝึกปฏิบัติการดูแลผู้ป่วยแบบประคับประคองในหลายบริบท ทั้งในชุมชนและโรงพยาบาล พร้อมรับคำแนะนำและประสบการณ์ตรงจากอาจารย์แพทย์และพยาบาลพี่เลี้ยง ณ ศูนย์เมตตารักษ์ โรงพยาบาลศูนย์อุดรธานี 💙
ความเอาใจใส่และความทุ่มเทของพี่เลี้ยงสร้างแรงบันดาลใจ ทำให้การฝึกปฏิบัติเต็มไปด้วยคุณค่าและความทรงจำดี ๆ ที่ผู้เข้าอบรมรุ่นที่ 6 จะนำไปต่อยอดในการทำงานพยาบาลของตนค่ะ

This practicum allowed participants to practice palliative care in diverse settings, from community visits to hospital care, guided by our experienced faculty and nurse preceptors at Metta Rak Center, Udonthani Hospital. 💙
Their dedication and guidance made the experience meaningful and inspiring. The 6th cohort will carry these valuable lessons into their future nursing practice.

การฝึกปฏิบัติครั้งนี้ ผู้เข้าอบรมได้เรียนรู้การดูแลแบบประคับประคองในหลากหลายบริบท ทั้งในชุมชนและโรงพยาบาล รวมถึงได้ฝึกกับอาจารย์แพทย์และพยาบาลต้นแบบ ณ “ศูนย์บุรีรักษ์” โรงพยาบาลบุรีรัมย์

ด้วยความขอบคุณจากผู้เข้าอบรมหลักสูตรการพยาบาลประคับประคอง มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น รุ่นที่ 6 สำหรับความรู้และประสบการณ์อันมีค่า ที่จะได้นำกลับไปปรับใช้ต่อในโรงพยาบาลของตนค่ะ

This practicum provided opportunities to learn palliative care in diverse settings—both community and hospital—under the guidance of dedicated faculty and nurse preceptors at Buriruk Center, Buriram Hospital.

การฝึกปฏิบัติครั้งนี้เต็มไปด้วยทั้งความรู้ทางวิชาการและความอบอุ่น จากอาจารย์แพทย์และพยาบาลพี่เลี้ยง ณ “ศูนย์พลังใจ” โรงพยาบาลขอนแก่น 💙
ด้วยความทุ่มเทและการดูแลอย่างใกล้ชิด ทำให้การฝึกดำเนินไปอย่างราบรื่นและน่าประทับใจ ผู้เข้าอบรมทุกคนจะนำสิ่งที่ได้รับไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการพยาบาลต่อไป ขอบคุณมากค่ะ

This practicum was enriched with both academic learning and heartfelt support from our faculty and preceptors at Khon Kaen Hospital’s “Center of Palliative Care”

ตลอด 8 สัปดาห์ที่ศูนย์การุณรักษ์ ผู้เข้าอบรมได้เรียนรู้การดูแลผู้ป่วยแบบประคับประคองทั้งการเยี่ยมบ้าน หอผู้ป่วย และ Telehealth เพื่อปรับใช้ในบริบทการทำงานของตนเอง ปิดท้ายด้วยกิจกรรมแห่งความประทับใจของพวกเราชาว PC 🌷

ขอบคุณครูพี่เลี้ยงศูนย์การุณรักษ์ที่ถ่ายทอดความรู้และประสบการณ์ให้กับผู้เข้าอบรมหลักสูตรการพยาบาลประคับประคอง รุ่นที่ 6

Palliative Care Practicum
During the 8-week practicum at the Karunruk Center, participants learned holistic palliative care through home visits, inpatient care, and Telehealth consultation—experiences they can apply in their own practice. The program ended with memorable activities for all of us in the PC family 🌷

Special thanks to the preceptors at Karunruk Center for sharing their knowledge and experience with the 6th cohort of the Palliative Care Nursing Program.

กระบวนกร Peaceful Death ผู้ทำงานกับชุมชนกรุณาเพื่อการอยู่และตายดี โดยเฉพาะกลุ่มเปราะบางและกลุ่มที่ไม่ได้รับการยอมรับในสังคม เช่น คนจนเมือง ผู้ป่วยจิตเวช ผู้มีภาวะพึ่งพิง และผู้ใช้ชีวิตในพื้นที่สาธารณะ มุ่งสร้างพื้นที่แห่งความรัก ความกรุณา การรับฟัง และการดูแลกัน
