Sukumvit Hospital will be received the Moderna vaccine lot 2M (1st Quarter of 2022) from The Government Pharmaceutical Organization (limited amount). We will open a booking for Moderna vaccination date for those who has booking numbers are started with "2M" and follow by 10 digits number from 7th January 2022 at 10.00 pm. onward. The vaccination date for booking will be 19th January - 28th February 2022.

Those who would like to book after 28th February 2022 or cannot book in this round, please wait for the booking link in the next round.

📌Announcement from Sukumvit Hospital📌
The Moderna Vaccination on the 4th quarter/ 2021

We would like to inform you an update information about the Moderna Vaccine which allocated as the following details;
1. For those who booked Vaccination date during 17 November – 3 December 2021, the allocated vaccines by the Private Hospital Association through the Government Pharmaceutical Organization (GPO) are expected to arrive at the hospital on 3rd December 2021 and the hospital will start vaccinating from 4th December 2021 onwards. We will send you the SMS to confirm the vaccination date according to the booking order to your registered mobile number.
(If you would like to change the vaccination date, please kindly inform us 2 days in advance by calling to 02-391-0011 ext. 871-874 from 8 am – 5.30 pm or email to modernaskv@gmail.com ).

2. For those who hasn’t booked the vaccination date, the hospital will open the booking slot for December 2021 to January 2022 from 4th December 2021 onward.

3. For those who cannot book an appointment from December 2021 to January 2022 and/or those who prefer to be vaccinated after January 2022, please kindly keep an update from the hospital.

Due to uncertainty deliver of the vaccine for batch 16th -23rd November 2021 from the Government Pharmaceutical Organization is not delivered as scheduled, we will have to postpone your vaccination date until we can clarify on the exact date we will receive the vaccine.

🏥Sukumvit Hospital is open the Moderna vaccination booking date for those who booked and paid for the 1st lot of vaccine (Vaccine for the 4th Quarter of 2021).

You should receive the code which begin with M and follow by 10 digits after the payment via email or SMS.

You can register through the booking link on 3rd November from 10:00 A.M. onward. We will be posting the link on our page.

❗ The vaccination date will begin from 9th November – 31st December 2021. If you received other vaccine and which to book for the booster shot on 2022, please wait for the booking link in the next round.
