ICG-19 is thrilled to announce the 19th International Conference on Genomics Thailand part (ICG-19-THA) will be held at the Chulalongkorn University in Bangkok on May 18th and 19th, 2024. This year's conference promises to be meaningful, featuring not only the traditional academic sessions of ICG but also introducing an intriguing forum - Transformation and Application in Longevity. The ICG-19-THA will continue to uphold the spirit of the Human Genome Project (HGP) - "Owned by All, Done by All, Shared by All", advocating for global and human-wide sharing, especially promoting international cooperation among developing countries.

Congratulations to Wang Jian, Yang Huanming, and Xu Xun from Group for making it onto Elsevier's Highly Cited Chinese Researchers List for 2023! Their significant contributions to are a testament to BGI's strong impact in life sciences.

Throughout 2023, BGI Group has made substantial contributions to scientific literature, with 382 articles published. Among these, 62 papers were featured in the esteemed “CNNS” series – journals that represent the pinnacle of scientific publishing, including Cell, Nature, Science, and their sister publications, alongside The New England Journal of Medicine. To date, BGI Group's total publication count stands at 5,022, with 580 of those in the “CNNS” series.
