After 25 years in finance… it’s time to close one chapter and step fully into another 🧘♀️✨
For a long time, my life has been a balancing act — navigating the fast-paced, high-pressure world of corporate finance by day, while pouring my heart into yoga classes, retreats, and this incredible community by early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
And now… I’m taking the leap.
I’m officially leaving the desk, the deadlines, and the daily grind to become a full-time yogi 💛
It’s exciting, a little scary (okay, a lot scary!), but completely driven by love, passion, and a deep belief in the power of movement, breath, and connection. Teaching yoga has never just been a “side thing” — it’s what lights me up, grounds me, and brings me the greatest joy.
Going forward, I’ll be focusing on:
✨ Local classes
✨ Retreats here on the island
✨ Retreats abroad (adventure awaits!)
And I’m SO excited to share that I’ll also be stepping into a new role as Lead Yoga Practitioner at Fourthzone — a beautiful new wellbeing club in the east of the island, close to the sea 🌊 A space dedicated to wellness, community, and feeling good, with so much to offer… and I can’t wait to be part of it.
Thank you to everyone who has supported me along the way, invited me in to teach for them, attended my classes, joined a retreat, or simply cheered me on. It means more than you know.
A very special thank you to Dr Glenda Rivoallan, founder of FourthZone, for taking the time, belief, and care she has dedicated to bringing me into this exciting new wellbeing venture. Your vision is truly inspiring, and I feel incredibly grateful to be part of it from the very beginning 💫
Here’s to taking risks, following your heart, and creating a life that feels aligned ✨
Let’s flow
