✨ Immersion in a tranquil pool, floating on inflatable mattresses — Sound vibrations will surround you, helping to harmonize your body, mind, and soul.
✨ Magical sounds of gongs, Tibetan and crystal singing bowls — These instruments’ vibrations balance your energy field, bringing you a sense of peace and inner harmony.
✨ Special Bonus

💫Starting from Friday, April 3 at 15:00, we’ve added a new practice to our schedule:

Island Frequency — Yoga • Breath • Crystal Bowls
Every Friday | 15:00

A gentle afternoon reset inspired by the natural energy of Koh Phangan.

We begin with a slow yoga flow to open the body and activate the breath, followed by deep relaxation with crystal singing bowls. The sound vibrations help release tension, calm the mind, and restore energy.

During the practice, each participant receives a rose quartz crystal to place on the heart and meditate with. At the end of the session, you can take your crystal home as a small gift and reminder of the experience.

After the class, you’re also welcome to walk to the beach and find your own island crystal.

Perfect as a reset before the evening or as preparation for Ecstatic Dance.

Theory & Practice
— Study the principles of vibroacoustics and how sound affects the nervous system
— Practice conducting individual and group sound healing sessions

Technical Skills
— Gong playing techniques: basic and advanced methods

Instruments of Transformation
Paiste and Grotta Sonora gongs, Tibetan and crystal bowls, harp, shakers, and the natural sounds of rain, water, and fire.
