Love can heal anything in the world, love is unlimited energy that carry the power of infinite joy, peace and harmony
.And it all starts with being more and more conscious aware of how we are living our lives..
Are we are taking care of our hearts?
Are we aware of The energies we are carrying on?
Are we cleaning our Auras, like we are washing our bodies?
Are we deeply connected with our spirits? our bodies as well?
Do we truly forgive ourselves on mistakes?
Are we capable to forgiving others for any hurts we felt?
Are we having a good and synchronized left abs right mind? Are we igniting our creativities?
Are we aware of our artist And healer within us?
Do we know that we are so powerful? That we are as purely existing beautiful combination of our scared universe ? That we are fully abundant and despite any society conditioning, we are powerful source of energy, attracting her abundance fully the moment we become more and more living in harmony and doing what we truly love?

Lets activate and connect with our Base Chakra, and lets vibrate more with the wisdom of our body 🙏🏼

And I feel that this connection to our body, this connection to our instincts, is very much at the core of what the base chakra is about. So, when our base chakra is balanced, we’re very much in tune with the wisdom of our own bodies.

I am running an e-course“ Reboot our Base Chakra “by Nathalie Southgate - founder of Chakradance
The e- course will start on 7 Dec and will be running for 10 days It will be so much about meditations grounding and moving meditation on the music that vibrate to our Base Chakra energy - you will get a pack of beautiful course designed by Nathalie to help energize and balance our Base. The pack will have a lot of information, toolkits, exercises that you can practice by yourself and I will guide you with some videos how to use them.. We will have a private group on Facebook where I will facilitate it and be holding the sacred space for the group.✨
