𝗺𝘆 𝗯𝗼𝗱𝘆 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗹𝘀 𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗻 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝗲 — 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗯𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝘂𝘁 🔥

On my birthday today 🎂✨
I shared my creation, 𝗡𝗲𝘂𝗿𝗼𝗦𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗕𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗵™️ — born from my heart, my pain, my struggles, and many attempts to heal burnout — and celebrated life with friends and deep gratitude.

Here’s what I’ve learned about purpose:
𝗣𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀𝗻’𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱,
𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗼𝗱𝘆, 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗮 𝗿𝗲𝗴𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺.

You don’t find it by thinking harder, analysing your life, or doing a mindset exercise.
When the nervous system is in chronic stress or burnout, the brain is wired for survival — not clarity.

Purpose is 𝙁𝙀𝙇𝙏 in the body, when the system is calm enough to sense what’s true.
And it doesn’t arrive in one moment.
It forms through experimentation — creating things that don’t work, refining, and listening to what brings aliveness.

Five years ago, in the corporate world, my nervous system was in burnout.
I wasn’t lazy or lost — my body was overloaded with residual stress, even after I moved to Thailand.
Trying to reinvent my life straight out of burnout simply wasn’t possible.

Feeling so behind on work.
The stress is seeping into everything—I haven’t been sleeping well.

I just cancelled a 3-day course because I’m simply not prepared for it. And I’ve cancelled 3 more classes because I don’t have the capacity right now.

This is new for me—cancelling work.
And underneath it all, I know there’s something deeper happening:
• I’m finally prioritizing self-care.
• I’m giving my new relationship the space it deserves to grow.
• I’m going to therapy, facing my shadows and old patterns so I can make room for 2025 to feel different.
• I’m trying to bring more feminine flow into the way I approach work.
• I’m learning to believe that the universe loves me and will always bring abundance.

I’m sharing this because someone needs to hear this:
Our nervous system will always choose FAMILIAR HELL over UNFAMILIAR HEAVEN.

This discomfort—the unease, the guilt, the restlessness—is part of breaking old patterns.
It’s about rewiring, creating new neural pathways, and making space somatically.

Real change doesn’t come just because our mind wants it.
It comes when our body feels safe enough to let go of what’s no longer serving us.
This is hard, but I’m choosing to trust the process.

🌟 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝘄𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝗳 𝗶𝘁'𝘀 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗵 𝗶𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗯𝗲𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗮 𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺? 🌟

Just the other day, an ex-colleague asked me, "𝗪𝗮𝘀 𝗶𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗵 𝗾𝘂𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗷𝗼𝗯 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀?" Every time I read the incredible stories of transformation from our retreats participants, my answer is a resounding 𝗬𝗘𝗦!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Leaving my corporate job wasn't just about stepping away from the office; it was about stepping fully into my heart's work. Leading these group and private retreats, I've discovered magic—not just the kind that fades when the day ends, but the kind that changes lives, including mine. I'm not just living; I'm living my soul's purpose. For the first time, I'm truly embodying the concept of Ikigai!
