What’s Alignment Yoga?
Alignment Yoga is a method I’ve developed from 20 years of teaching and practice - blending yoga therapy, Iyengar-inspired precision, physiotherapy, Pilates, and somatic movement.
I’ve been teaching on Koh-Phangan since 2010 and leading Teacher Trainings since 2016 at my studio - Luna Alignment Yoga.
Each class has a clear theme; from core activation and hip mobility to nervous system balance, breath, posture, and back health and so much more!
What to expect:
