What you believe and think day to day creates your personal reality.
Imagine your brain is like a magic pair of glasses 👓
Whatever you think puts a color on the glasses.
If you think happy, strong thoughts → your glasses are bright and sunny ☀️
If you think scared or “I can’t” thoughts → your glasses get dark and cloudy 🌧️
Then when you look at the world…
you don’t see things how they really are —
you see them through your glasses.
And because you see it that way…
you start to act that way too.
Example 1:
If you think:
👉 “I’m bad at making friends”
Then you might:
Not talk to people
Feel shy
Look down
So what happens?
You don’t make friends 😕
And your brain says:
“See! I was right.”
Example 2:
If you think:
👉 “I can make friends”
Then you might:
Smile
Say hi
Be open
So what happens?
People respond back 😊
And your brain says:
“See! I was right!”
