Hey Folks! We have a new staff member starting in a few weeks/month(s). Introducing Lydia.

NEXT WEEK, we are holding 4 free sessions I’d really love if some of you joined.

She will host 2 yoga classes and 2 custom fitness/mobility training sessions.

If you want to work on mobility, fix an imbalance, lose fat, build strength, get free expert advice.. this is your chance next week.

Its FREE next week - we’re simply looking for a few of you to try it out and let us take a few photo/videos for marketing the program later.

SEMI-PRIVATE GROUP FITNESS

You’ll have a chance to work on specific things you need or want, or she’ll do an evaluation and give what program is best for you from her findings.

This week at The Tipi Thailand, do you want to learn the healthy and smart principles of the Yoga poses, and how to teach them in meaningful and clear ways for your students of all ability levels? Join me 4 - 6pm every weekday as we break it down and put it practice!

4 - 6pm in the Yoga Hall
Monday: Mindfulness, Warm ups & Sun Salutations
Tuesday: Standing Poses
Wednesday: Backbending
Thursday: Arm Balances & Supine Poses
Friday: Inversions & Seated Poses

Special lectures on at The Tipi Thailand tomorrow for Yoga practitioners and curious anyones! This week we focus on energetic and physical anatomy. Check the schedule at The Tipi or contact me for more details.

This upcoming Saturday I will also be teaching a 3 hour Handstand Seminar with some extra visual presentations and demonstrations, all levels welcome, AND we are bringing back Breath and Freeze!

The systems of communication and regulation for the body... are very important for health and well being! By practicing yoga posture, breath, and meditation.. specific techniques can improve the functioning of various parts of these systems. Learn how your nervous system and endocrine system work and which yoga practices support which aspects of their healthy functioning!
