30s straight line handstand hold or Plank hold
30s Tuck hold on the floor
40s Jefferson curl with DB light weight

Part2: Wod In pairs or (Work=Rest)
5 rounds intervals,
6 DB push press
6-8 deep push up on DB or Ring??
