We took into account that our guests are different: some have lived here for a long time, some dropped in for a vacation, some with children.

✨ That’s why we reviewed the format of visits and made the prices clearer — taking into account your type of residence and vacation format: without group steaming or with it

• Thai ID — 250 / 350 THB (with group steaming)

• Long-term stay / Thai driver’s license / work permit / long visa / DTV visa — 300 / 450 THB

• Tourist visa — 450 / 600 THB

• Children under 3 — free (Mon–Fri), from 3 years — 200 THB

• Saturday — Kids’ Day (free for all children)

• Sunday — Adults Only

• Family (2+1) — 1000 THB

We really appreciate your trust and try to make KAIF a place where you want to come back. It is important for us that you feel care, attention to detail and an atmosphere of real relaxation.

We’ve updated the sauna wood, enhanced the interior, improved service, steaming rituals, and our kitchen.

💫 Namely, at your disposal:
• a wet Russian steam room with a view
• a dry Finnish sauna with a view
• a hammam with lemongrass and lime aromas
• ice plunge pool and bath
• a pool up to 2.20 m deep
• a game zone (billiards and PlayStation)

❗️ IMPORTANT TO KNOW:
• All steam rooms operate as public saunas
• No prior booking is required to visit the sauna
• You can come at any convenient time during the complex's opening hours
• Children are allowed only if accompanied by adults
• It is forbidden to bring your own drinks and food
