Meal Prep Samui is operated in partnership by Ingrid Truelove & Mladenko Balorda, who saw the need for a meal prep delivery product in Samui through their work with fitness-conscious clients. With a combination of experience in personal training & nutrition in Thailand for over 20 years, their aim is to provide the cleanest, freshest, delicious and nutritionally balanced meals for anyone holidaying, visiting or living on the island. Ingrid & Mladenko have drawn on their mutual passion & extensive knowledge/certification in health & nutrition to create a menu to appeal to those counting their optimal ratio intake of proteins, fats & carbs in tandem with fitness goals & plans, for those with specific nutritional requirements or simply seeking out clean, easy, healthy & affordable meals daily. Our meals are conveniently delivered every day or to your specific needs so our customers can forget the shopping, prepping, cooking and cleaning, & do more of the things they love whilst living their best life on Samui!
