Every Friday, children are invited to join us for a heart-warming Christmas Cookie Session filled with sweetness, creativity, and holiday joy.

Kids will learn how to bake simple, delicious cookies, decorate them with love, and take home their own little box of Christmas magic. No experience needed - just curiosity, imagination, and the joy of creating something beautiful (and tasty!).

Our Breathwork Class, held every 2nd Saturday from 10:45 – 12:15, is a sacred space to reconnect — with your body, your emotions, and your truth.

Through conscious breathing, we move beyond the noise of the mind and into the depth of our being.
Sometimes it feels like release — tears may flow, laughter may rise, old memories may surface.

🌿 SATURDAYS AT MULAJOY — A DAY FOR THE BIGGER ONES 🌿

Saturdays at MULAJOY are all about our older kids and teens - a space for freedom, connection, and creativity.

The day starts with Gymnastics for ages 7–11, followed by a session for teens & adults (12+), and Aesthetic Dance (13+), where movement becomes expression, strength, and balance.

Afterwards, the day unfolds freely - with time to create art, make music, play, or simply hang out outdoors. No rush, no pressure — just space to be.

📽️ At 17:00, we gather for Movie Night — an age-appropriate film for kids aged 10+, with cozy vibes and popcorn.

While the kids enjoy their evening, parents are invited to relax at JOY‘s Kitchen , enjoy a meal or drink, or join in the board games corner for all ages — a place to laugh, connect, and share real moments together.

✨ Swap & Smile – A Day of Joy, Learning & Connection ✨

What a heartwarming day it was! 🌈
Our Swap & Smile Party brought together families, laughter, and the joy of conscious living. Every table overflowed with treasures — pre-loved clothes, toys, and little gems waiting for new homes.

The children amazed us with their creativity and confidence — making posters, price tags, and displays, while trading, negotiating, and selling completely on their own. They learned the real value of things, the art of giving, and the fun of sustainable living. 💛

Meanwhile, parents enjoyed a peaceful lunch at JOY‘s Kitchen , and the women shared smiles and stories while swapping beautiful pieces for their wardrobes. It was a wonderful blend of community, connection, and simple happiness.

Thank you to all the amazing parents and children who joined us - you made this day truly special and filled MULAJOY with heart, and meaning. 🌿✨
