I am a qualified health coach, yoga teacher, hypnotherapist and Transpersonal coach. With a deep interest in the potential of a true holistic approach to wellness for women, I use the Transpersonal space to guide my clients towards wholeness. My expertise is in supporting women going through life transitions. I guides my clients through these, sometimes, challenging passages and together we transform them into opportunities for personal growth and self-actualization.

That’s a wrap, a cycle of 7 years has come to completion ❤️

These have been rich and at times challenging years but I would not want them to be any different.

I am walking away with a heart full or gratitude for:

- the multitude of deep conversations and beautiful connections

- the trust of so many in the space of private sessions and workshops

- the stunningly gorgeous and peaceful environment

- And last but not least, the amazingly genuine, caring and supportive team

I will miss it all and I am also very excited for what is to come! 🔥🤩

Stepping across a new threshold into a life where I will be focusing on learning more, further developing my practice and offerings and exploring new destinations on this earth 🌍

I became a therapist to fulfil a passion in empowering others to become healthier and happier by inspiring them to lead healthy lifestyles and inspired lives.

I offer one-on-one coaching sessions (in-person & at distance) where I combine the techniques and tools of Hypnotherapy, Energy Healing, Holistic Wellness and Transformational Life Coaching to support people interested in experiencing thriving health and full-blown happiness.

With a background in hospitality, in Hong Kong, followed by a career in Public Relations, I have developed a special interest in supporting people dealing with burn out, stress, anxiety, depression and addiction. While a personal journey facing my own traumatic past has drawn me to become a compassionate and committed guide for my clients in the process of healing trauma.
