เราแวะเที่ยวเมือง อัมมริสสา ณ แคว้นปัญจาบ ทางตอนเหนือ ของอินเดีย เป็นการแวะระหว่างทาง กันหนึ่งคืน ก่อนมุ่งตรง ไปเมืองฤษีเกศ แวะช่วง 19 มิถุนายน ช่วงเวลา เทศกาลแสวงบุญของชาวซิกข์ พอดีเลย

We made a stop to visit Amritsar, located in Punjab, northern India. It was a one-night stopover on our way to Rishikesh. Our visit happened to fall on June 19th, right during the Sikh pilgrimage festival

เป็นเมืองขายผ้าสารพัดผ้า แต่เราไม่ได้มาซื้อผ้า มีห้างหรู แบรนด์ดัง เยอะ สำหรับนักชอป (เขาว่ากันนะ ตัวข้าพเจ้านั้น มิเคย) เรามาดู วิหารทองคำ แบบที่ไม่ศึกษาอะไรกันมาก่อนเลย(ทุกทีแหละ)

It's a city known for selling all kinds of fabrics, but we didn't come to shop—we came to see the Golden Temple, without having done much research beforehand (as usual).

แปลกใหม่สำหรับเรา เพราะไม่เคยอยู่ในความสนใจ ใดๆมาก่อนเลย และ ที่ดึงความสนใจเรามากกว่าสิ่งอื่นใด คือ ความร้อน โหยยยยย ร้อนโหดมาก จริงแท้ทรู

It was something completely new for us, since it had never really been on our radar before. And what grabbed our attention more than anything else was the heat—whoa, it was brutally hot, seriously!

Whenever I have chance to have meals in ashram - in India, l really like to see myself learn, accept, surrender, and enjoy the flow of life upfront. It is so simple, and joy as always

"Life is as easy or hard as you make it"

อาหารการกิน และ วิธีกิน ที่เรียบง่ายใน
อัชราม หรือ ในโรงเรียนโยคะ ตามที่ต่างๆ ในอินเดีย....มันสอนให้เรา อย่าเยอะนักเลย....ทำให้มันง่าย และสนุกกับมัน

It was surprised and amazing experience of this spiritual trip.

We are proudly being a part of Ganga River Clean, once at Gangotri town, together with guru ji, yogis, yoga practioners.....we did the devotion by heart.

We trekked almost 50 kms from Gangotri to Gaumukh to bring Holy water back to Gangotri and Rishikesh, did the cleaning of Gangotri Ghat and raise awareness to all people around to keep the Holy Ganga River clean. Everyone are together to keep the nature clean and do not harm the nature.

I got the feeling of "respect", "thankful", "wow" from local people to what we did through this spiritual trip.

Gangotri to Gaumukh Trek


One day Gangotri to Bhojbasa - 18-20kms, then rest one night at Bhojbasa.

Next morning is Bhojbasa to Gaumukh - 5-6kms, to reach the bottome of Ganga River. "Jay Gange Ma". Need to cross river through Trolley and Pully , then there is no road, full of small and big boulders, just walk where path is seen and small streams are there. Try to come back by afternoon as water streams will be full post noon.

Altitude -
Gangotri - 3100 meters ( 10,200 feet).
Bhojbasa - 3,800 meters (12,450 feet).
Gaumukh - 4,023 meters (13,200 feet).

Gangotri to Gaumukh Trek start....

Gangotri to Bhojbasa - 18-20kms.
I am the last one to reach there, from 6am to 3pm 😂
Road is good for walking, some patches after Chirbasa have landslide prone areas so need to walk carefully. We stay over night in Bhojbasa.

Horses are available from Gangotri till Bhojbasa to carry persons or Luggage.
I decided to walk only 😊

Altitude -
Gangotri - 3100 meters ( 10,200 feet).
Bhojbasa - 3,800 meters (12,450 feet).
Gaumukh - 4,023 meters (13,200 feet).
