As we head into the weekend, here are a few holistic tips to help you enjoy drinking, relieving hangovers, and keep your body feeling great;

🥘 First food then booze.
Slow Down Alcohol Absorption Foods rich in fat and protein will slow alcohol absorption into your bloodstream.

Recommended dishes are; 🥑Avocado dishes, 🥜 Mixed nuts, 🐟 Fish dishes (like salmon steak or grilled fish), 🧀 Cheese (especially hard cheese), Boiled or scrambled eggs 🍳, Grilled lean meats 🥩.

💘 Find your sip's better half.
🍷 Wines’s better half are 🧀cheese, 🍖cold cuts, or 🥘 Mediterranean dishes to reduce stomach acidity.
