For those who are wondering how 'energy healing' can work, here's the explanation. Quantum physics also explains how we can tune into, work with and positively influence a person's energy (and so whole being) even from a distance
You’re made of almost nothing and yet, you feel solid.
Here’s a mind-bending fact: 99.99% of every atom is empty space. And since atoms make up everything—you, me, the Earth, every star and speck of dust—it means that the entire physical universe is built on... near nothing.
So what happens if we remove that empty space?
Physicists say that if you squeezed out all the emptiness from the atoms of every human being on Earth, the entire population—all 8 billion of us—would fit into the volume of a single apple. That’s not metaphor. That’s math.
But wait—how can something so hollow feel so solid?
It’s not the mass of matter that gives us form. It’s the electromagnetic forces between subatomic particles. When your hand touches a table, it doesn’t actually touch anything. The electrons in your skin repel the electrons in the table surface. That invisible force creates resistance—what we interpret as “solid.” You're never really touching anything. You're just hovering in force fields.
This illusion of solidity is so convincing that it lets us walk, build skyscrapers, hold a child, or catch a ball. It’s what gives shape to our world. But the truth beneath that illusion is stranger than fiction.
We are tiny islands of mass suspended in vast oceans of nothingness, held together by invisible threads of force. And yet, those forces are strong enough to build civilizations, memories, and dreams.
In a way, existence is like a cosmic magic trick. Beneath the surface, the universe is emptier and weirder than it looks. But somehow, from that almost-nothing, comes everything.
So the next time you pick up an apple, just remember:
Inside, you’re holding enough space to fit all of humanity—
and more mystery than meets the eye.
