🌸We’ll be practicing Restorative Yoga and Pranayama, with special attention to the upper body and pelvic area—the home of the heart, lungs, diaphragm, and kidneys.
😄When these areas are tight, it can affect how we breathe, sleep, and even how we respond to life.
🧘♀️Through gentle, supported poses and mindful breathing exercises, you’ll create more space, release tension, and reconnect with yourself.
