Welcome to Bodhi Tree Yoga Pai
A sanctuary of strength and spirit in the heart of Pai. Bodhi Tree Yoga is Pai's boutique yoga studio. Hidden away in the tropical paradise of Northern Thailand is the small but lively town, Pai. It's natural beauty and laid back, rich and diverse culture draws travellers, hippies, artists, musicians, seekers and yogis from all over the world and therefore was the perfect place to make Bodhi Tree Yoga its home.
Beginners never feel intimidated because our teachers never forget they were once beginners too - going at your own pace is always encouraged. Advanced students can deepen their practice amidst people who have travelled the world, learning and sharing the joys of yoga.
Bodhi Tree Yoga Pai celebrates diverse yoga styles - traditional practitioners will rejoice in Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Mysore, Yin Yoga, Pranayama and Meditation; modern practitioners will enjoy the likes of Power Yoga and ambitious students will relish the personalised pace and programme of Private Yoga. Solidifying this all round quality yoga experience are workshops and community events with specialist guest yoga teachers.
