Each one of you inspire me!
When I see people in my yoga class struggling and trying their best, even though they might be intimidated by others who is more flexible or stronger. I can't feel how much it's difficult but I can see how much efforts it takes to reach range of motion when your entire body is so tight. I want to say - Keep practicing and be patient to your body!
P.S on photo one the most dedicated student I ever met!

How often can we practice SadhuBoard therapy?

I recommend to take some time at least a week to reflect on the therapy before taking another one. One week is a minimum to “digest” insight after session, to reevaluate areas of life where we feel stuck or change our attitude towards certain aspects or people.

Can I still practice yoga if I have back pain?

There is no certain answer because it’s all very individual. it is important to take certain precautions and modifications to ensure a safe and effective practice. It is best to consult with a doctor before starting a yoga practice if you have chronic or severe back pain. They can recommend specific poses and modifications that will be beneficial for your condition. Personally I had severe back pain and it took me quite some time to feel improvement after yoga practice.

It is important to start with gentle, basic poses that focus on stretching and strengthening the back muscles, rather than more advanced or challenging poses. Avoid 🙅🏻‍♀️poses that require excessive twisting or bending of the spine.

If you are suffering from back pain it is better to focus on yoga styles that emphasize on breathing and relaxation such as Hatha, Restorative and Yinyoga. Also, it is essential to listen to your body and avoid pushing yourself too hard. Remember ☝️ to breathe deeply and move slowly, never force yourself into a position that causes pain.

Yoga can be a great way to relieve back pain, but it is important to approach it with caution and to work with a qualified teacher who can help you to safely modify and adapt your practice to suit your needs.

"I have worked on my major issues and healed them. Now I want to focus on balancing all areas of my life: career , family, friends,personal growth. Some days it's challenging to keep up with it all but it's not crucial as of now for me, however I think each could always work on bringing more balance into our life"

What type of yoga to choose?
I've been asked how to choose style of yoga...Here is a short guidance on this topic.

Choosing the right style of yoga depends on your personal preferences and fitness level. If you're looking for a more physically demanding workout, then a style like Ashtanga or Power Yoga might be a good fit. These styles focus on building strength and flexibility through a series of challenging poses.
If you're looking for a more calming and meditative practice, then styles like Yin,Hatha or Restorative Yoga might be slow speed - easy to follow. These styles focus on slower movements and longer holds to help you relax and unwind.
If you're new to yoga and want a more basic practice, then styles like Hatha might be a good place to start and slightly challenging style - Vinyasa. These styles focus on proper alignment and building a solid foundation for your practice.

Attachment can be a double-edged sword. On one hand, it can bring us a sense of love and connection with others. On the other hand, it can also bring feelings of fear and insecurity. When we attach ourselves to people, things, or outcomes, we open ourselves up to the possibility of disappointment and pain. It is important to learn to let go of attachment and find a sense of peace and contentment within ourselves. This doesn't mean we should avoid relationships or experiences, but we should be mindful of respecting boundaries of others and mainly ourselves.

Meditation gives me a sense of peace and tranquility. It allows me to disconnect from the constant noise and chaos of daily life and focus on simple but powerful tool - Breath. I do have bad days when I see the world has been unfair and tough, when I dive into darkness of the mind. Duality is there but meditation helps me to release negative thoughts and emotions, and to find a deeper sense of connection to my true self. Through meditation, I am able to tap into ocean of calmness, find guidance and direction in my life. It is a powerful tool for self-discovery and personal growth.Meditation provides with a sense of clarity and inner strength that I can carry with me throughout my day.

Fear can be debilitating, but it can also be a driving force for us to reach our highest potential. Life is full of unknowns and uncertainties, but with the right mindset, we can use our fears as a way to propel us forward. We can use our fears to challenge ourselves, to break through our comfort zones and to become the best versions of ourselves. It’s not easy, but it’s worth it. So let’s not be afraid of fear, let’s embrace it and use it as a tool to reach new heights and accomplish our dreams.

Life can be unpredictable and full of uncertainty. It's important to stay positive and remember that every challenge is an opportunity to grow. There's no guarantee that everything will work out the way we want it to, but we can never give up on ourselves and our dreams. We can use uncertainty to our advantage. Rather than letting it control us, we can use it to motivate ourselves and strive to do better each day. Life is an adventure, and when we embrace uncertainty, we can learn to live in the moment and make the most out of every situation.

Why this board called -SadhuBoard? - To answer this question we need to look into history.

Many centuries ago in India, where sadhus (people who dedicated life to a spiritual path) made a pilgrimage to the Himalayan mountains barefooted. This kind of long trip required preparation so they came up with Nail Board, to train their determination, willpower, and spirit. The word “Sadh” from Sanskrit translates as – reach the goal, overcome something.
Everytime when I stand on this board - I overcome many things - fears, limiting beliefs, negative thoughts.

Im not a big fan of backbending poses, because I injured my lower back a while ago. It was a very good lesson to be driven by listening my body and not ego.😈
However I do still practice backbends with awareness of the back.

Is everything around us a reflection of ourselves?
We tend to blame people, country, and circumstances when unpleasant things happen to us. A concept says that whatever happens to us IS our reflection.
When we start to take ownership of whatever comes our way we begin to choose our thoughts, cz thought itself is much more materialistic than the physical world!
Look around and see reflection!
